What is it you do?
"Le Victoria is both a hotel and a restaurant. Diners can choose from gourmet dishes or our signature speciality:grilling over a wood fire! Warm, contemporary decoration and the view of the open kitchen and grill combine to create a very special atmosphere."
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"We think the Geopark Famenne-Ardenne is a wonderful project that will present our beautiful region in its best light. Becoming a member is a great opportunity for us to play our part in the development and promotion of our region."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
"We already sort our waste, but we are willing to do what it takes to become more eco-friendly than we currently are."
