What is it you do?

‘A local bistro, sweet and savoury, we work mainly with local, seasonal produce.

Everything is homemade!

Open from Friday to Tuesday inclusive 11am-6pm (Friday until 8.30pm) out of season.

In season, also open on Wednesdays’.

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?

‘To promote the region and our products, we have a beautiful village (Wéris) and excellent varied products nearby.’

What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?

Photovoltaic panels, our organic waste > compost, waste sorting.

‘I work a lot with local produce, so I produce very little waste, and we have a vegetable garden.'
