What is it you do?
The cultural brasserie of the MCFA (Maison de la Culture Famenne Ardenne) is the ideal place to nourish body and mind. In a warm and friendly setting, the Tiroir des Saveurs offers generous cuisine based on local seasonal produce and, where possible, organic and fair-trade products. You'll also find a drinks menu that's unique in the region. As a prelude to your cultural activities at the MCFA, or for a tasty break, enjoy a delicious meal. Le Tiroir des Saveurs is also a cultural venue where a whole series of events take place throughout the year, a magnificent terrace overlooking lush parkland, a children's play area and a meeting and conference room... Adjacent to the swimming pool, you can plan your day around a programme of cultural, culinary and sporting activities.
Tuesday to Saturday from 11am to 7pm - Kitchen from Tuesday to Friday until 2.30pm - Open on show nights from 9am to 5pm.

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
The MCFA, which runs the Tiroir des Saveurs brasserie, is part of a civic-minded project aimed at creating links between people through its promotional activities and cultural events.
Its brewery is an extension of this desire to exchange and share.Being part of a new network aimed at promoting our region, creating links between different communities and bringing people together to discover the region's specific characteristics is in line with our missions.Working with local players to promote the region will increase our respective powers to reach out to the public.We're enthusiastic about the idea of joining a network that will enable us to discover Marche and the surrounding area, and we think we can bring our own cultural and culinary touch to the project.
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
Local, organic and fair-trade cuisine. Promotion of ethical food practices. Waste sorting and anti-waste practices. Stable, long-term jobs that respect workers. Involvement of staff in professional reintegration projects.
