‘I only work with local and homemade produce, values that are dear to me and which would be promoted through the Geopark.’
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
‘Waste sorting, appropriate dishes for takeaway meals, LED lighting, decoration using recycled materials.’
