What is it you do?

"We make goat's cheese, ewe's cheese, cow's cheese (mixed milk), ewe's milk yoghurt, cheese croquettes, pork cheeses, etc. We have more than 15 goats and 15 ewes.

‘We have 15 goats and 15 ewes, and our farm shop is open on Saturdays from 10am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm, and on other days by appointment."

What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?

"Being a Geopark partner is an opportunity for us to raise our profile in the region.

We're proud of the riches of our region."

What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?

"We produce our own hay to feed the animals, we have solar panels on the farm and all our products are sold locally.

We sort our waste."
