What do you do?

‘Organic mixed crop-livestock farm (a system that simultaneously produces crops and livestock).

We have 60 cattle (Blonde d'Aquitaine), 30 pigs, 80 laying hens and 100 chickens.

We process cow's milk into yoghurt, cream, fromage frais and butter.

We also offer meat parcels (beef, pork and poultry).

Shop at the farm (Friday 3.30pm-7pm and Saturday 9am-1pm)’.

What were your reasons for being awarded the "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark" label?

‘Because it brings people closer to nature. I place a lot of importance on the local and the interest we have at home.’

Are you committed to sustainable development and eco-responsible practices?

‘Hedgerows planted, short circuit from producer to consumer, self-sufficiency in fodder, sowing of cereals, dairy processing waste fed to pigs.

A well for watering the animals and organic fertilisers produced on the farm’.
