What do you do?
"We produce cheese and yoghurt from raw cow's milk, sourced from the Thrion farm in the village of Grune.
We have over 20 varieties of cheese. We've been in business since 2009, and we're open on Fridays and Saturdays."
What motivated you to be awarded the "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark" label?
"To promote tourism in the region and enhance the richness of the heritage and get publicity for our sales outlets and discover other partners."
Are you committed to sustainable development and eco-responsible practices?
"We have a large photovoltaic panel installation, and the cow and crop part of the farm is farmed organically."
