What is it you do?
"We are an outlet, depository and showcase for exclusively Walloon craft products. The range is diverse and varied: spirits, wines, spices, beers, jewellery, fabrics, wood, cheeses... We stock only quality items, that truly bear witness to local and Walloon knowhow."
What prompted you to seek "Famenne-Ardenne UNESCO Global Geopark Partner" status?
"We promote and sell Walloon products that respect nature and humankind. Our mission is to introduce or reintroduce people to the small producers that may be undeservedly overlooked by the general public."
What is your approach to sustainable development and environment friendly practices?
"We pay attention to saving energy in our shop, and to waste sorting. We sell as much of our produce as possible (coffee, eggs, spirits, cereals, etc.) loose, not packaged. We emphasise short distribution channels and work with organic or reasoned agricultural producers."
